We live in a sort of culinary backwater here, nothing much in the way of good
ristoranti so when it's time to
mangia bene, into our kitchen we go. Heather's an excellent cook, able to recreate many dishes we enjoy in Italy. With the help of ingredients we either import ourselves or source online, we enjoy
Cucina Italiana more often than not, including this Sicilian-style rabbit dish Heather prepared for Sunday dinner. A bottle of
Tasca d'Almerita's Nero d'Avola (from Sicily of course!) paired well with this dish.
