Giro d'Italia 2014 - La Corsa Rosa con CycleItalia

We're in Italy working on La Corsa Rosa 2014. Our vacation will be May 26-June 2, 2014 and like most of our other tours, will be based out of Hotel Ariotto. It's a beautiful place even in November as you can see here in the photo above.

Here's the itinerary -

May 26 - Overnight flight to Milan's Malpensa (MXP) airport.

May 27 - Arrive in Italy where our private shuttle will take you to our HQ hotel in the Monferrato wine country. Assemble and fine-tune your bike (with our help) or get fitted for one of our Campagnolo-equipped fleet. Enjoy TV coverage of the Giro before our orientation meeting and welcome dinner of Piemontese specialities.

May 28 - We're off to Vicenza (where we hope to visit famed Campagnolo) before unloading the bikes and riding through the Altopiano Asiago with a wild descent to our lodging in Levico Terme. We'll enjoy another sumptuous dinner with local specialties.

May 29 - Il Giro comes to us today with a finish atop the Panarotta. Challenge the climb yourself or simply walk out to the road and await the Corsa Rosa. Open night for dinner in the lively spa town.

May 30 - Morning transfer to watch (and ride?) the chrono stage up Monte Grappa. We'll transfer to our lodging near the infamous Zoncolan afterwards.

May 31 -  The Giro d'Italia 2014 champion should be crowned here, after the spectacularly tough climb of Monte Zoncolan. Challenge the climb yourself with a warmup to the tiny village of Ovaro or simply walk out to the road and watch the Carovana Rosa go past. Our small group will let us be as close as possible to the action on this decisive stage and you can linger as long as you like as it's mostly downhill to our night's lodging where Friulian specialties await.

June 1 - The Giro's off to Trieste to crown the winner, but we'll have a leisurely morning before a transfer back to our HQ to pack our bikes and pop some bubbly of our own before our farewell dinner.

June 2 - Morning airport transfers or stay on for Vineyards to the Sea!

More details will be HERE soon, but we're accepting reservations now. Our group will be limited to just six fortunate fans so don't hesitate of you want to see La Corsa Rosa 2014 in our "pedala forte, mangia bene" style. We've seen the hotels, made the reservations, driven the routes, and just like the folks in Ovaro, we're waiting for YOU!
