Finally -- we got a chance to ride today. Car is returned, everything we need is here in the apartment (except for heat which is a story for another time) and today was bright and sunny as you can see in the photo of Heather in nearby Bagnaia. We did just 30 kms but it was SO nice to get the legs going if only for a bit. While we were out a pot of chicken simmered on the stove, making a nice broth and leaving a few bits for pollo cacciatore which we enjoyed later for dinner. Now we settle in for more of a routine but I hope to keep the blog anything but....

Harry & Leather on two wheels

Larry, I'm sure it was SO nice to get in just 30 clicks. Perhaps you should check out the weather we are having back in Iowa. My thoughts are with you, Andy Heiser.
