The other day I was in the Tomi shop (the original one where the frames were made) and this gorgeous machine was being worked on by Sandro "Pinze di Oro" (pliers of gold) Tomi himself. Seems a local guy maintains a small collection here of "bici di epoca" as they're called. Same idea as l'Eroica in Tuscany, keeping these wonderful old bikes in running condition. This restored example is one of a dozen or so bikes this fellow keeps in his garage. We have no other details about Gino Fiorucci but we wanted to share photos of this beautiful machine with you.

Fiorucci of Viterbo
Our time's getting very short here in Viterbo and we've been to busy to even keep up on the blog. Next week our bike tours will start and we'll try to do a better job of keeping you updated.
