Skinny skiing

It's cold and snowy here in Iowa these days, a far cry from Viterbo, Italy where we lived last year at this time. We have a winter escape planned for later this month but meanwhile, some nice local folks groom XC ski trails in a nearby state park, both for classic and skating styles. We're wimps, only going out when it's sunny and double-digit temperatures outside but it's great to work up a sweat outside rather than on some indoor "torture-device" once or twice a week!
