A real postcard from Alta Badia. No photos as today was pretty much rained out - so the tough loaded up in the van and drove over to a bike shop on the descent from the Valparola, shopped for awhile, then visited the tourist office where we scored postcards and posters with this cute image. From there it was off to find a place offering pizza at lunch which turned out to be very easy. After lunch we returned to the hotel and.....the sun was shining! A few took the bikes out just to enjoy the fresh air on the Passo Campolongo or Gardena. We'll enjoy another fine meal tonight and be ready for the Campolongo, Pordoi, Costalunga, Nova Ponente and San Pietro climbs tomorrow on our way to Montagna. Weather forecast is for sun with a few clouds so we're crossing our fingers!
