We're off to finalize the details for our upcoming Sardegna Coast to Coast to Coast tour. We quite often fly from Minneapolis to Amsterdam, connecting to Italy from there, which means bad caffe despite the many Segafredo or Starbucks outlets in the airport. We were pleasantly surprised this year to find Caffe Chocolate with our favorite ILLY CAFFE, so we indulged in an excellent cappuccino to knock a bit off the jet-lag.
We arrived at our HQ, Hotel Ariotto via a flight to Milan and a rented Fiat Panda, to discover their seasonal Piedmont white truffle dinners were still being offered. Needless to say we seized the opportunity and will have photos and descriptions in the next blog post.
