Carlo shaves truffles over our tajarin (and a few on Lorenzo's head) at our cena at Villa San Carlo. We enjoyed a beef with Barolo sauce with a Barbera and a 1996 Barolo, both chosen by Carlo. Tomorrow we visit Barbaresco on our way to Castello Santa Vittoria.
