A few days off the bike for family visits and a trip down to see Todd at Torelli Bicycle Company one of our official suppliers. Todd was shorthanded so our visit was short, as was a trip to see Larry's dad in Utah. Now we're back in sunny Santa Barbara where (as you can see here in the photo of Heather fording a stream across Mountain Drive) it's shorts and short sleeve weather. Forecast is for dry conditions through our departure on Monday so we'll try to get some more miles in the legs and a bit of suntan as well before we return to the frozen plains of Iowa and get back to work.

Back in the saddle again.
